Located in central and northern Iraq, these units must withstand extreme summer heat (50°C+) and frequent dust storms. The IP68 double-sealed enclosure and robust mechanical design ensure zero-failure performance.
Technical Solutions Deployed
Parameters are set via an infrared setter without opening the electrical cover. This is critical in refinery settings to prevent any spark risk or atmospheric contamination of the internal electronics.
Utilizing absolute encoders with 0.5% precision, our actuators provide exact valve control for complex blending and distribution processes, preventing over-torque and protecting expensive refinery valves.
The integrated OLED screen and data logging functions allow refinery engineers to perform predictive maintenance, identifying potential valve blockages or wear before they cause operational downtime.
