Product Overview
This product is specifically designed for working conditions such as long-distance natural gas pipelines, inlet/outlet of stations, emergency venting systems, LNG storage stations, and mainline ball valves, and is suitable for various types of quarter-turn control valves. The system uses natural gas from the pipeline or external nitrogen cylinders as the power source, and hydraulic oil as the transmission medium to efficiently convert air pressure into hydraulic power, driving the scotch yoke mechanism to operate. This in turn converts the linear motion of the piston cylinder into the quarter-turn motion of the valve, achieving reliable control of the valve.
The product features functions of local pneumatic opening/closing, remote pneumatic opening/closing, and local manual hydraulic pump operation, meeting various control requirements. It also integrates safety mechanisms such as line break protection for emergency shutdown, ESD power failure emergency shutdown, and abnormal shutdown self-locking, ensuring rapid response in emergency situations and safeguarding pipeline safety. After an abnormal shutdown, the system automatically maintains a locked state and can be safely reset locally or remotely, offering convenient, safe, and reliable operation.
Key Features
It adopts natural gas in the pipeline (or external nitrogen cylinder) as the power source.
An optional pipeline protection unit can close the valve in time when the pipeline pressure drops sharply and the pressure drop rate increases greatly.
The external adjustable stroke stop absorbs all stroke torque and protects the valve.
The high-pressure actuator does not need a pressure reducing valve or pressure relief valve, which can prevent the gas from shrinking and blocking the pipeline due to decompression and expansion.
