The linear electric actuator is composed of a high-performance modulating multi turn actuator and a precision linear output unit, which converts the rotational motion of the motor into stable and accurate linear thrust output. This product inherits the mature intelligent control and protection functions of the AVA series, with non-intrusive settings, data recording, and comprehensive fault diagnosis mechanisms. Its core advantage lies in the close combination of reliable multi turn power and efficient linear conversion structure, ensuring precise displacement and control on linear drive devices such as modulation valves and gates, and meeting high-precision adjustment requirements for process parameters such as flow rate and pressure. With its excellent thrust performance and control accuracy, this series of actuators is widely used in various automation control applications that require linear motion in power plants, petrochemicals, water treatment, and process industries.
Key Features
It adopts large-scale digital integrated chips, with powerful functions and high precision grade.
The non-intrusive design allows all parameters to be set through an infrared setting tool without removing the cover of the electrical case.
The history data recording function can record various parameters in real time during the operation of the actuator, including torque value, operation status, and alarm signals, and store them in EEPROM in the form of a timeline.
The precise valve position measurement system does not require battery power supply, and the measurement accuracy reaches 0.5%.
The accurate torque measurement system obtains accurate torque value by measuring the reaction force of the motor worm thrust through a pressure sensor.
The high-definition LCD/OLED digital and symbol display window has simple and easy-to-read content, which can conveniently observe the valve position, torque and function status display of the actuator. The unique background lighting system allows clear observation and setting even at night.
The electric actuator adopts a dynamic braking device, and the transmission sequence of its worm gear drive mechanism is irreversible, so it has a reliable braking function and can prevent the motor from creeping.
The reducer is in the form of worm gear, with compact structure, precise manufacturing and assembly, and large transmission ratio. The motor shaft and the worm are independent of each other for quick replacement.
The electric actuator has protection functions such as motor overheat protection, over current protection, phase loss protection, valve jamming protection, torque protection, torque measurement, emergency protection ESD and automatic inspection function.
Fieldbus function provides seamless interface with any main control system and communication protocol. The fieldbus function provides a digital interface to realize digital networking.
